How change behavior when actor falling down.

Hi,
Im trying do this rule but I give Up :-)
I use on my actor magnetiude for sound pich ( car engine ) sounds good :-)
But i need change "play sound" when my acceleration buton is falling down.
Who know how I can do this ???
