Does tweet sheet work for android?

I can't find any recent threads beyond early 2015 stating if it works now or not, and if not, if there are any alternatives for a pseudo tweet sheet.

Should I use Open URL? Or is there a more specific option?

The only other route is to wrap a GS html5 export with cocoon and use a plugin.

EDIT: I guess I'll go with open url, it appears to have the capabilites to post to twitter.
