I use three separate gigs to increase visibility. That being said I can not for sure say that you will receive tons of downloads. The amount of downloads depends on multiple factors. For instance, how addicting your game is, the timing of the gigs ie. whether or not you can have the fiverr member post at a certain time, how appealing your hook is.
The gigs primarily deal with tweets. Make sure you use hashtags and shrink your app url by using someing like "tinyurl.com"
