would GS handle a game with large size ( 500 mb to 1 gb)

I m starting a project that will need many animation frames and art assets .. my initial final size estimates will be anything between 500 mb to 1 gb ..
anyone had experience with large file size if the Gamesalad engine will show slowing down or crashes ? I have worked with files at size 150-200 mb with no issues. I m just curious if anyone encountered issues with really big projects?
