Different behaviour (not working) on Gamesalad and iPhone using Network Send Table to URL

Hello,
I have this issue with my app: I need to login with username and password on my app and I use Network Send Table To URL to send a table on the Server.
When I test it on Gamesalad in preview mode it's working and I receive the Callback Attribute 1, but when I publish a version of the app and I install it on my iPhone the Callback Attribute is 0 and on the Server I don't receive anything.
I could be a problem with the iOS 9?
